These Terms & Conditions govern the use of JUNIQE's platform for shops selling low-quality AI-generated artwork, the reuse of public domain content or artwork not originally created by you and artwork from stock websites. By creating a shop and uploading content, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge that JUNIQE reserves the right to modify or terminate any shop that violates these policies.
AI-generated artwork is permitted on JUNIQE as long as the content is original and created by the artist. The use of AI tools to generate artwork is acceptable, but the final artwork must be unique, original to the artist, and comply with these Terms:
Prohibited Content
The following content is strictly prohibited on JUNIQE:
Any artwork that is directly copied, traced, or otherwise taken from our best-selling collections or any other unauthorised sources.
Branding & Copyright Infringement: Images containing logos, large branding, trademarks, or copyrighted material (e.g., Disney, sports teams, car brands, clothing, etc.) without permission. This includes any artwork that uses these elements for commercial purposes.
Public Domain and Downloaded Content: Uploading images downloaded from public domain sources, other platforms, or websites for the purpose of resale on JUNIQE. Only original artwork, whether created manually or with AI tools, will be allowed.
Repetitive Designs: The repetition of identical or nearly identical designs across multiple shops or product listings, especially if they are variations of another artist's work or design trends that are widely available elsewhere and can be bought in bulk on stock websites.
Suspicious Activity: Bulk uploading of similar or near-identical imagery that has been sourced from other platforms or the web without significant transformation or original input. This includes content that is suspected of being mass-produced for quick resale purposes without the artist’s genuine creative input.
JUNIQE will use automated systems to detect and prevent copyright infringement. Any artwork that violates the above rules will be flagged for review. If your artwork is found to be in violation, your shop will be immediately removed, and any future uploads will be prohibited. We do not provide warnings prior to the removal of violating content.
As part of our commitment to being an inspiring platform for our customers, we require that all shops maintain a high standard of originality and quality. While AI-generated artwork is allowed, it must reflect the artist’s personal creativity and intent. Repetitive or derivative works that do not meet our originality standards will not be tolerated.
