Your credit note is based on the fulfilled salles you've made within one month. It also contains returns and refunds of the same month as well as the following three weeks. This is to cover any delayed returns.
Eg: The next payout for the income of January is on 21/02, always on the next working day 3 weeks after the month came to an end.
We issue your credit note along with your payment on the 21st of each month.
Minimum Payout Threshold: If your account balance is below 10,00 €, the amount will be carried over to the following months until your account reaches the minimum payout threshold.
You can access your credit notes through your creator dashboard. Each credit note provides a breakdown of your sales, refunds, and any adjustments applied to your balance.
Why Do I See a Negative Balance on My Credit Note?
A negative balance can occur if a return or refund is processed after the four-week sales period, and you have not made additional sales to offset the deduction. This negative balance will be reflected in your credit note and will carry over, reducing future payouts until the amount is cleared.
*You are not required to pay the negative amount displayed on your credit note.
