How do I set up my products when uploading a design?
When you upload your first artboard, Wall Art will automatically be set as the default product. This way, you can save your design right away. All other products need to be added manually — this ensures the best possible end product for each category.
How do I edit and prepare my design for different products?
Edit Design
Start by adding your assets.
If you want to design for multiple products or enable personalisation, upload separate assets for each element you plan to use.
Build Artboards
On the right-hand side, choose the correct aspect ratio for the product.
Add your assets to the artboard until your design is ready.
Crafting the Perfect Design
Keep It Within the Lines: Make sure your design stays within the edges of the artboard. This ensures it looks sharp and professional, with no strange cropping.
Background Magic:
Go Bold with Colour – choose a background colour that complements your design.
Embrace Transparency – leave the background transparent for a minimalistic, modern look.

Assign Products
Go to Products and select the ones you’d like to offer.
The broader your product range, the better your chances of sales.

Notebooks: Create a separate artboard for the front and back. Most customers prefer a blank colour on the back and a design on the front.
Mugs & Apparel: Use PNG artboards with transparent backgrounds. This avoids square or rectangular borders around your design, making the product more visually appealing.

Use the Global Settings (just above the product previews).
Click the second option — this feature ensures your design stays intact across all products, with no missing edges or odd cropping.
